Stand up for God!

In the movie God Not dead 2, Grace Wesley who is played by Mellissa Joan Hart is put on trial for answering one her student question about Jesus.  At one point in the trail she declares, “I would rather stand with God and be judged by the world then, stand by the world and be judged by God!”   I wonder how many people in this day and age would have the courage to stand up and say that knowing that they could not only lose their job but also their professional license.

Now I’m not going to give any spoilers here I just thought that, that one line in the movie was worth the price of admission and if you take nothing else with you when you are done watching the movie you should remember that one line and take it to heart. Just remember what it says in Isaiah 7:9, “If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all. God in his great wisdom has given us everything we need to be able to stand tall and declare our faith but as of late we all have allowed a few to dictate how we should practice our faith and it is time for the so called silent majority to take back our rights to speak the name of our God wherever and whenever we wish to. Over seventy percent of Americans claim to be Christian and yet we are allowing the less than four percent that claim to be atheist dictate how we may speak our Lord’s Name. enough is enough.

How do we do this? first pray. Remember when a Christian hits their knees in prayer the battle has just begun. Then next we use our power and vote for those who we believe will carry out our Christian values and will stand and help to defend our rights. Then we remind our politicians that we are the ones they work for not some special interest group.  We don’t need to riot or start wars we can do it be just speaking in a loud and clear voice that we will no longer stand by and allow our God to be alienated by the liberal politicians and media.   If we stand together and cry out in a load voice that God is the one who is to be in charge of our nation and if you do not allow him to be then we will Fire you and replace you with someone who will allow God to be in the driver’s seat the politicians will get the message that enough is enough. We are a Nation that was founded on Judeo- Christian beliefs and traditions and because we had respected and feared God we were the most prosperous nation the world has even known and now that we have failed to insist on keeping God where he belongs we are suffering. Remember what God did to His chosen people when they turned their back on Him. What do you think He will do to us?

As Christians we must maintain pressure on our elected officials so that God remains in His rightful place in their hearts and remind them that we will not allow them to attempt to dethrone Him as the leader of this great nation. We must constantly remind them that it is God who has granted them their position to govern over His flock and God will judge them harsher because with greater power comes greater responsibility.  May God Bless You ALL and May He Also Bless This Great Nation and Its Leaders.

A Message for Nine- Eleven

This year as   September   the eleventh approaches and we reflect on that day it is a good time to remember   two things   one that while we may never know why it happened, God does   and secondly and most importantly God was there with each and every one of us that day rather we were setting at home watching on   the television or were one of the victims He was there offering you comfort and gently leading his followers home, while trying for one last time to call those who refused to believe   and rather they believed or not, God loved them and you as he always does.   You may ask why did God do this? Simple answer He didn’t do this these acts were done by men who were deceived by Satan into thinking they were following God’s will. They were deceived by a false promise of paradise for them and their families by becoming martyrs. Next you are going to ask why did God allow this? I don’t know but I trust His reasoning.   Corinthians...

Read The Bible

18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: Deuteronomy 11:18-20 As we start another year, I can’t help but to ponder about all the changes that have occurred over my life. As I think back I began reminiscing about my now grown kids nothing earth changing just how things have changed since my oldest was born. I thought about the internet and cable tv both of which has changed life for the better and worse. Better because it has made the world a smaller place I am able to talk to people all over the world and the information useful information that is on the internet, before the internet if you wanted to ...

God Can use Anyone Even You!

You may wonder am I good enough for God to use me? The answer is yes God likes to use imperfect people to accomplish his task. It shows that no matter who He uses as long as He is the guiding force behind the task it will go exactly how it was supposed to. It is also a good reminder there is no obstacle that we can over come as long as we trust in the Lord   Matthew 26:30 -35 30  And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. 31  Then Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away because of me this night. For it is written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ 32  But after I am raised up, I will go before you to Galilee.” 33  Peter answered him, “Though they all fall away because of you, I will never fall...
